Everything on this page was found during routine test and tag jobs in Victorian workplaces. Most of it was still plugged in and being used every day. It's the best argument we know for regular testing.
What happens to a failed item?
Finding faults is the whole point of testing. Here's what we do when an item doesn't pass.
Tagged out of service
The item gets an out of service tag straight away and is set aside so no one keeps using it.
Repaired or replaced
If it can be fixed on the spot, we'll quote it and repair it with your OK. If not, it's listed for replacement.
You're told on the day
We let your site contact know what failed and why, before we leave. No surprises in the report.
Recorded in your report
Every failure appears in the failed Items section of your report with its location and the reason it failed.
